Elevate Fertility for Women & Men
Our natural fertility treatment is provided by certified pelvic floor therapists, and is research-based and affordable! The Martin Method for FertilityTM combines the advanced osteopathic techniques of visceral manipulation and lymphatic drainage, to boost fertility in women & men. At our natural fertility clinic, we use non-medication based methods to improve success with natural conception or medically assisted fertility procedures like IVF and IUI.
Unlike other supportive treatments for infertility like Fertility Massage, Arvigo Massage, or Mayan Abdominal Massage, our pelvic floor therapists are able to target the reproductive organs externally, and internally through the vagina or rectum. This helps us get faster results for our infertility treatment clients during Intra Uterine Insemination, In Vitro Fertilization, or natural conception. Additionally, the Martin Method for FertilityTM targets the actual reproductive organs – uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, and testicles – instead of the superficial myofascial layers of the abdomen and pelvis, adding to its effectiveness.
The Martin Method for FertilityTM is highly recommended for anyone experiencing primary or secondary infertility, and is only available at our Tampa Bay fertility clinic location.
Plan your Fertility Care -while maximizing your chances of success!
The Martin Method for FertilityTM can be successfully used during natural timed intercourse, or with IUI & IVF cycles with a reproductive endocrinology clinic or naturopathic fertility doctor.
The Martin Method for FertilityTM involves a minimum of six 1-hour long treatments of the external and internal pelvic tissues to decrease scars & adhesions, and improve circulation & lymphatic drainage around the reproductive system. These services are offered in our office conveniently located in Downtown Tampa, to allow for easy access from various regions of West & Central Florida. We also offer intensive therapy on a shorter timeline to coordinate with planned IVF or IUI cycles or to accommodate for travel from afar.
Female Infertility Challenges
Women can experience difficulty with achieving or sustaining a pregnancy due to the following reasons:
- Anatomical problems. A problem with the woman’s uterus, tubes, or ovaries that prevent the egg and the sperm from meeting, or prevent the embryo from implanting correctly. This can be due to scar tissue in the pelvis from a medical condition (Endometriosis, PCOS, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease) or previous gynecological surgeries (c-section birth, myomectomy, cyst or fibroid removal).
Another common anatomical issue is blocked fallopian tubes. - Ovulation problems. The woman doesn’t make enough hormones to develop, mature, and release a healthy egg.
- Endometriosis, PCOS & other Inflammatory Conditions. Women experiencing very heavy periods may be diagnosed with Endometriosis, PCOS or other inflammatory disorders which create sub-optimal conditions in the pelvis for successful conception and pregnancy.
- Infection. Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is caused by a type of bacteria such as gonorrhea and chlamydia. PID can affect the uterus, fallopian tubes, the ovaries, or all three. It causes scar tissue to grow between organs, which can cause infertility.
- Thyroid & Autoimmune problems. A problem with a woman’s thyroid function or immune system can lead to failure to conceive or repeated pregnancy loss. Antibodies in a woman’s system can fail to recognize a pregnancy, or may develop anti-sperm antibodies, which attack and destroy sperm.

Research on advanced Manual Therapy for Infertility
Below is the most recent evidence to support the use of The Martin Method for Fertility to treat male and female infertility:
Male Infertility Challenges
The most common issues that lead to infertility in men are problems that affect how the testicles work. Some of the reasons for Male Factor Infertility are:
- Structural abnormalities. Pre-existing medical conditions or past surgeries can cause obstructions that partially or totally block the flow of sperm during intercourse.
- Sperm production disorders. This occurs when less than normal or no sperm is produced by the testicles. It can be due to past vasectomy, varicocele, and or hormonal sperm production problems.
- Ejaculatory disorders. Retrograde Ejaculation and Impotence can prevent sperm from reaching the egg following intercourse.
