I have absolutely LOVED my time with Dr. Anne Marie. It's been everything I had hoped for and more. While I still wanted the physical evaluations and support after birthing 2 babies and experiencing pregnancy loss, I more so wanted the emotional/energetic support and processing. The physical evaluation was so helpful as I was worried about some prolapse symptoms as well as diastasis recti and these were wonderfully addressed, giving me relief & also helpful tools for the mild prolapse. Dr. Anne Marie holds such a calm, warm & considerate presence and is a fabulous educator. Her passion for truly helping women radiates. She has provided me with an abundance of resources & at-home practices that have been totally doable & life changing as a busy working mom. The Somatic Experiencing that she facilitates is incredibly powerful and was just what I was looking for. It's helped me connect more to my body, feel empowered in my body & heal emotional wounds when it comes to my womb and speaking my needs. Update to add, Sujata and her team at Pelvic Soul work well beyond the scope of "pelvic floor issues." My knee had been bothering me and Sujata worked her magic. I'm feeling stronger and more mobile each and every day!

I also went to a different OT and came back to this practice. Their "out of the box" holistic approach to pain management and getting the root cause of what's going on is why I will never leave again!

I’ve been dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction for over 12 years and have been to every doctor, specialist, and PT out there and have never found relief like I did with Sujata and her team.

She took a full body approach look at my pain and we came up with a realistic plan that I could actually manage. Between the in office sessions, stretches given to me for at home work, and reconnections for other care physicians like acupuncturists, massage therapists, and chiropractic care, I feel like I can finally breath again and manage my pain more than ever!

She’s also versed in somatic healing that I didn’t even realize I needed but wow… it was incredible and I was able to release some experiences I didn’t even know my body was still holding on to from the past.

I will be continuing my care with Sujuata and recommending her and the practice to everyone I know! What I love most is how customized the care is - your pain is not cookie cutter whether you’re a new mom or dealing with other experiences, help is out there. I had a wonderful experience with Sujata and Pelvic Soul. I came for a specific concern, and Sujata gave me some very important feedback that I needed to address issues that were contributing to my concern in order to have long-term healing versus just focusing on the area of concern. She educated me on digestion and healing of my gut so that I could have improved and more regular bowel movements without straining. She educated me on fascial maneuvers, and provided hands on releases on my abdomen and pelvis that were able to help me feel release of stored energy as I felt emotional when she touched/released those areas. She is overwhelmingly calm and kind. You will feel comfortable in her energy which is very important for this type of work. She always obtains informed consent, which is also important for anyone who has experienced trauma. Pelvic Soul came highly recommended by my team of Midwives when I began to experience pelvic floor issues following the birth of my son. As a first time mom, I was definitely not expecting to experience this type of physical issue postpartum and was relieved to find such a compassionate, well informed, and experienced care team. Navigating the postpartum period can be difficult for many reasons, but taking care of your physical health shouldn’t be one of them. Sujata was one of the most important providers in my whole pregnancy journey, and I'm sure will continue to be postpartum. I came in with concerns about my baby being breech in the 3rd trimester and she helped identify reasons why anatomically our baby was breech, performed manual work to remedy, taught me tons about how to continue helping myself at home, and ultimately helped me turn the baby!

Moreover, she helped me identify and fix issues that I didn't even realize I had bc she is so compassionate, determined, and is such wealth of knowledge.
