UPCOMING EVENTS
St. Pete Yoga Fest 2026: A Day of Yoga, Music and Wellness on the Pier
The St. Pete Yoga Fest is a vibrant annual festival that brings the community together to celebrate yoga and wellness. Presented in partnership with the City of St. Pete and Healthy St. Pete, the all-day festival features diverse yoga classes, live music, inspiring speakers, local businesses and opportunities to give back to a local charity.
This year’s festival takes place at Spa Beach Park at the St. Pete Pier, a 26-acre waterfront destination with parks, restaurants and family-friendly activities. Soft sand, sweeping views of Tampa Bay and a serene coastal atmosphere make it the perfect backdrop for yoga, connection and community.
Festival admission is free and open to the public. Yoga classes require a paid yoga pass: choose the all-day unlimited pass (best value) or a single drop-in class.
Mommy & Me Yoga
Join us for Mommy & Me Yoga, a gentle class designed for postpartum bodies, with movement that supports both of you.
Your body has done something extraordinary. This class gives you a calm, welcoming space to reconnect with it through gentle movement and breath, with your baby by your side.
There are no perfect poses and no pressure to keep up. If your baby needs feeding, a cuddle or a diaper change during class, that’s part of the practice. Come as you are, move at your own pace and share the time with other new moms who understand.Date and Time: 18th December 2026
Kirtan | Bring Your Voice and an Open Heart
Join Sujata, Anthony and the Wave & See community for an evening of kirtan, a form of Bhakti Yoga centered on connecting with the divine within us and around us.
Through ancient chants, modern songs and singing bowls, we’ll use our voices to connect with ourselves, each other and something bigger.
No experience is needed. Just bring your voice and an open heart. All ages are welcome.
This is a donation-based event, and proceeds support Wave & See’s nonprofit mission to bring yogic practices and healing arts to Tampa Bay.Date and Time: 13th December 2026 | 6:30 PM
New Year Yoga Retreat at Lotus Pond, Tampa
As the new year begins, set aside a full day for yoga and renewal.
This retreat is a lovingly curated container of connection, healing and reflection, created to nourish body, mind and spirit. At the lovely Lotus Pond Center for Yoga & Health in Tampa, we’ll gather for yoga and intentional movement, breathwork, sacred circles, dance, music, kirtan and mantra, and self-reflective writing, along with a contemplative nature walk and nourishing food.
