We seek a dedicated Pelvic Floor Therapist (OT/PT) with a passion for enhancing patients’ quality of life for providing in-home care in Hillsborough County.

Alongside a collaborative team environment, we prioritize the clinician experience through one-on-one hour-long treatments, flexible scheduling, and consistent clinical mentoring & collaboration —all with minimal documentation requirements.

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference in society through providing exceptional pelvic care.

The ideal candidate will possess the following mandatory qualifications:

• Relevant professional experience in Pelvic Health Occupational Therapy or Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is mandatory.

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills for effective treatment planning

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients

• Proficiency in creating informational video content for electronic dissemination (website, social media etc.)

• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate patient or organizational needs.

• New graduates with minimum 3 months of fieldwork experience in pelvic floor therapy are encouraged to apply

• Valid driver’s license is good standing is a must for home visit needs.

Job responsibilities include :

• Patient Evaluations & Treatment Planning:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions to identify specific treatment needs.- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address each patient’s unique condition and goals.- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, mindfulness, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to effectively treat pelvic floor disorders.- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.

• Patient Education:

  • Educate patients on self-care strategies and provide resources to support ongoing progress beyond therapy sessions.- Actively contribute to company’s education and outreach efforts by recording informational video content for electronic dissemination (website, social media, etc)

• 360 Patient Care approach:*

• Foster a collaborative relationship with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.- Communicate with practice manager and supervisor in a timely manner to ensure optimal patient care.

• Professional Development:

• Actively participate in continuing education and professional development activities to continually enhance clinical skills.- Stay informed on the latest research and evidence-based practices in pelvic floor therapy.- Have the opportunity to grow into part or full-time employee position with PTO, retirement, and health insurance benefits.
