We seek a dedicated Pelvic Floor Therapist (OT/PT) with a passion for enhancing patients’ quality of life for providing in-home care in Hillsborough County.

Alongside a collaborative team environment, we prioritize the clinician experience through one-on-one hour-long treatments, flexible scheduling, and consistent clinical mentoring & collaboration —all with minimal documentation requirements.
We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference in society through providing exceptional pelvic care.
The ideal candidate will possess the following mandatory qualifications:
Relevant professional experience in Pelvic Health Occupational Therapy or Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is mandatory.
Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills for effective treatment planning
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients
Proficiency in creating informational video content for electronic dissemination (website, social media etc.)
Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate patient or organizational needs.
New graduates with minimum 3 months of fieldwork experience in pelvic floor therapy are encouraged to apply
Valid driver’s license is good standing is a must for home visit needs.

Job responsibilities include :
Patient Evaluations & Treatment Planning:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions to identify specific treatment needs.- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address each patient’s unique condition and goals.- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, mindfulness, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to effectively treat pelvic floor disorders.- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
Patient Education:
Educate patients on self-care strategies and provide resources to support ongoing progress beyond therapy sessions.- Actively contribute to company’s education and outreach efforts by recording informational video content for electronic dissemination (website, social media, etc)
360 Patient Care approach:*
Foster a collaborative relationship with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.- Communicate with practice manager and supervisor in a timely manner to ensure optimal patient care.
Professional Development:
Actively participate in continuing education and professional development activities to continually enhance clinical skills.- Stay informed on the latest research and evidence-based practices in pelvic floor therapy.- Have the opportunity to grow into part or full-time employee position with PTO, retirement, and health insurance benefits.
