Our Pelvic Floor Therapists are trained in traditional Ayurvedic postpartum care provided to new mothers.

Womb massage is an essential postpartum care ritual provided to new mothers, starting from day 7 postpartum to help support healing of the uterus and other abdominal muscles. 

  • Ayurvedic Womb Massage involves the use of healing herbal oils that promote muscle toning, decrease post-birth soreness, decrease fluid retention, and improve mental wellbeing.
  • Our practitioners use gentle and deep massage to the soft tissue supporting to the uterus to support its healing.
  • This traditional massage technique decreases diastasis recti and improves the aesthetic appearance of the postpartum belly.
